A closer look at some of the Bardiani Valvole B925 double-seat valves used by the Flow Technology team as part of a recent project for a pharmaceutical company in Ireland.
The valves were used in a CIP (Clean in Place) valve array, providing separation between two different process fluids and preventing the risk of cross-contamination during operation.
The B925 valves combine hygiene, safety and ease of maintenance, with features including:
✅ Excellent hygiene and cleanability – <0.8 μm surface finish on product-contact parts.
✅ Cleanable separation chamber – Lower and upper lift functions support effective cleaning.
✅ High resistance – Balanced shutters help reduce the effects of water hammer.
✅ 360° visibility and monitoring – Control unit with reliable electrical components for clear monitoring of valve operations.
✅ Extended lifecycle – Serviceable actuator helps reduce maintenance costs and extend lifecycle.
✅ Flexible configurations – Body configurations and connections from DN15 to DN150 to suit different process requirements.
✅ Certified solutions – ATEX, EHEDG, 3A, PMO, CRN and FDA-certified versions available, depending on valve model.
The B925 valves also enables a reduction in the number of single-seat valves required, helping to optimise installation space.
Flow Technology supplies Bardiani valves across Ireland, supporting their use across a a range of projects and providing lifetime parts and servicing through our factory-trained service team.
