From initial design and engineering through to fabrication, assembly and FAT, the skid was fully developed, assembled and tested at the Flow Technology workshop in Charleville before being transported to the customer site.

The finished CIP Skid included:
➡️ 3 × 1,500 L vessels – 1 rinse and 2 wash
➡️ 4 × heat exchangers – 3 heaters and 1 cooler
➡️ 3 × CIP pumps
➡️ CIP supply valve array
➡️ Dosing system
➡️ Process piping to ASME BPE
➡️ 316L Sch. 10 utility piping
➡️ Stainless steel frame, platform and stairs
